4A. Performance Guarantee Disclaimer

RuFire Media may offer a 90-Day Performance Guarantee for certain services, including the Profit Multiplier system, only where such guarantee is expressly stated in writing as part of a service agreement.

The performance guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The client must complete onboarding requirements in a timely manner
  • The client must provide accurate information
  • The client must allow the system to operate as designed
  • The client must not disable, modify, or interfere with automation without approval
  • The client must maintain normal business operations
  • The client must respond to leads and customers appropriately
  • The client must comply with all marketing and communication laws

Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, pricing, demand, seasonality, and other factors outside the control of RuFire Media.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the performance guarantee does not mean guaranteed profits, guaranteed income, or guaranteed business growth.

If the conditions of the guarantee are met and performance goals are not achieved, the remedy will be limited to continued service, adjustment of the system, or other corrective work as determined by RuFire Media.

The performance guarantee does not create liability for lost profits, business losses, or indirect damages.
