Reputation is everything, especially in today’s business clients. If you don’t have recent reviews on your GMB or social media accounts, your business is lacking much-needed social proof. Customers like to read third parties reviews when they are making a buying decision. They want to see the customer’s opinion of your company, the work you did or the product that you sold them.



They also want to see how you interact with them. Responding to reviews is really important, the good and the bad. On the occasion of a bad review, it is important that you respond approximately. Use this opportunity to help sell new prospects. If they are saying that your price is too high, list your starting price in the reply (not everyone views pricing the same). Of course, try to correct the problems, if possible.

If the feedback isn’t favorable, our system will notify you so that you can work to resolve the issue without it getting posted.
